When you use this rub you will swear you’re eating in an expensive steak house in Chicago or New York. This rub was formulated specifically to enhance the flavor of your steak and burgers. We have combined all of the great spices for beef. Worcestershire sauce solids, Dehydrated Beef stock, Soy Sauce solids, Garlic and Onion Powder, Black and White Peppers, and a little Kosher Salt. The big secrete to this rub is time. For the best flavor, apply the rub to both sides of your steak or mix it into your burgers and place the meat back into the refrigerator for an hour. This will allow the seasoning to be absorbed into meat and the dehydrated parts to rehydrate inside of the meat, giving you unbelievable flavor. UPDATE: it is also great on chicken without sauce, pan fried pork chops, veggies on the grill.
