The flavor of the Blackberries really comes through in this simple but intensely flavorful jam. There is something old and nostalgic about blackberry jam, it was my granddads favorite flavor. Perfect for a toasted English muffin, or thick sliced honey wheat bread right out of the oven. Also amazing in thumbprint jam cookies.
