This sauce is very simular to the original carolina style, it is a little sweeter and a little more spicy. The Carolina styles of BBQ sauce are a mustard, vinergar, and brown sugar base. With the brown sugar, if you let the sauce warm up the more it heats the more it caramelizes. All of our sauces are all natural, and gluten free.  Ingredients are brown sugar, mustard,vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and crushed red peppers.
